What to Expect:
- Welcome drinks and a behind the scenes tour of the Farm Shop and hanging fridges, you'll also get to see inside our Himalayan salt dry-aging chamber.
- Our butcher will demonstrate how to break down a forequarter of beef, you'll then learn and put into practice the skills of boning and trimming. You'll also learn the essential skill of tying a butchers knot.
- You'll then watch a demonstration of breaking down a hindquarter of beef, and learn how to bone out the rump.
- As the evening comes to a close you'll have the chance to ask our butcher any questions.
- You'll get to take home a 10oz Rump Steak, 2x 8oz Shin Steaks and 1.5kg of Silverside, along with a 20% off voucher for your next shop with us.
