What to Expect:
- Welcome drinks and a behind the scenes tour of the Farm Shop and hanging fridges, you'll also get to see inside our Himalayan salt dry-aging chamber.
- Our butcher will demonstrate the various methods of breaking down a whole chicken, showing you how to spatchcock and stuff before you put these skills into practice.
- You'll then learn how to make burgers, find out how to make the perfect burger, hand mixing and pressing.
- Our butcher will then demonstrate how to seam the feather blade to produce flat iron steaks, you'll then get to butcher your own steaks.
- As the evening comes to a close you'll have the chance to ask our butcher any questions.
- You'll get to take home 3x Chickens (butchered to your preference) 4x 4oz Burgers and 2x 8oz Flat Iron Steaks, along with a 20% off voucher for your next shop with us.
