What to Expect:
- Welcome drinks and a behind the scenes tour of the Farm Shop and hanging fridges, you'll also get to see inside our Himalayan salt dry-aging chamber.
- Our butcher will demonstrate how to break down a whole lamb, showing where the individual cuts come from – after watching the demonstration you'll then break down your own lamb.
- You'll then learn how to butcher a pair of lamb shoulders, being guided on how to trim and tie into a joint for roasting.
- Then you'll move onto the breast of lamb, learning how to trim, stuff and tie.
- As the evening comes to a close you'll have the chance to ask our butcher any questions.
- You'll get to take home a shoulder of lamb and a stuffed breast of lamb which you have prepared yourself, along with a 20% off voucher for your next shop with us.
