Game Masterclass – 23rd October 2026

What to Expect: 

• Welcome drinks and a behind the scenes tour of the Farm Shop and hanging fridges, you'll also get to see inside our Himalayan salt dry-aging chamber. 
• Our butcher will demonstrate how to break down a whole venison carcass, you'll then put your skills into practice – boning out the shoulders. 
• You'll then learn how to breakdown a whole pheasant, and how we make our pheasant cushions. 
• Next, you'll be taught how to butcher and trim a saddle of venison and how to seam a venison haunch.
• You'll get to take home a Whole Pheasant or Pheasant Cushion, 1kg of Diced Venison and 2x 8oz Venison Steaks, along with a 20% off voucher for your next shop with us.
