Lamb Butchery Masterclass:
6pm – 8pm
Start the evening with a drink and tour of the Farm Shop and find out what goes on behind the scenes, learning about our unique dry-aging process inside our bespoke Himalayan Salt brick lined aging chamber.
Watch our Master Butcher break down half a lamb, talking you through the different cuts and their uses. Our Master Butcher will then demonstrate how to bone and roll a shoulder of lamb.
After the demonstration, you’ll get to bone out your own shoulder of lamb – we’ll be on hand if you need any assistance. Then, you’ll learn how to tie the shoulder into an oven-ready joint, using the butcher’s knot.
Next, you’ll be making koftas! Weigh up your kofta meat, and roll into the perfect koftas – perfect for the barbecue.
As the evening comes to an end, you’ll get the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
