Pork Masterclass – 27th February 2026

What to Expect: 

• Welcome drinks and a behind the scenes tour of the Farm Shop and hanging fridges, you'll also get to see inside our Himalayan salt dry-aging chamber. 
• Our butcher will demonstrate how to break down a side of pork before you have a go at breaking down your own side of pork. 
• You'll then watch a demonstration on how to butcher the hand and shoulder of pork, putting these skills into practice and then scoring and tying the shoulder.
• If we have some extra time, you'll learn how to butcher further cuts which may include the leg and loin.
• As the evening comes to a close you'll have the chance to ask our butcher any questions. 
• You'll get to take home a shoulder of pork which you have butchered, along with a 20% off voucher for your next shop with us.
