Whole chicken – Boned chicken crown and legs, rolling and then with your own handmade stuffing, ready to roast.
The classic Spatchcock chicken – and how we marinade these in house for the BBQ.
Poussin – Spatchcocked and marinaded.
Make your own chicken breast pockets. We will provide a range of dressings and stuffings to give you some inspiration and show you some great, easy to make products for the home kitchen.
You’ll find the time will fly, but we aim to get everyone stuck in with 2hrs of hands-on work learning some invaluable butchery skills.
