What to Expect:
- Welcome drinks and a behind the scenes tour of the Farm Shop and hanging fridges, you'll also get to see inside our Himalayan salt dry-aging chamber.
- Our butcher will demonstrate how to bone out and skin a hand of pork, you'll then put these skills into practice, giving you the meat to use for making your sausages.
- You'll then prepare a selection of sausage mixes, before learning how to use our sausage filling machine. You'll then get to fill and link your own sausages.
- As the evening comes to a close you'll have the chance to ask our butcher any questions.
- You'll get to take home a 3kg selection of sausages you have made, along with a 20% off voucher for your next shop with us.
