We will provide a good selection of seasoning where you will get to
create your own flavoured sausage, grab some tips on how to mince
and mix.

Using a sausage filler is quite an art, with our help using natural
sausage casings, fill your own sausage.

A butchers sausage link: With the team your lean how to link and
create your own butchery sausages.

You’ll find the time will fly, but we aim to get everyone stuck in with 2hrs of hands-on work learning some invaluable butchery skills.
